Partial renovation: 2–6 weeks. Full renovation or addition: 2–4 months. New home construction: 6–12 months depending on specifications. A precise schedule is established at the time of contract signing.
Yes. All our work is covered by Quebec’s legal warranties, including protection against hidden defects. For new residential construction, the GCR (new home warranty) plan applies. Our certified subcontractors also provide their own warranties.
Absolutely. Construction FDA 360 holds a general contractor licence from the Régie du bâtiment du Québec (RBQ). We carry general liability insurance and comply with all CNESST standards. Documents available upon request.
