Important information – Booking
Thank you for placing your trust in us. Our priority is to offer you attentive, safe and personalized service. If you have any questions before your appointment, don't hesitate to write to us : we're here to guide you every step of the way.
Conditions to review before booking
Please read the following information carefully. The treatment cannot be performed if you find yourself in any of the situations below :
Medical contraindications
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Diabetes
- Chemotherapy treatment (medical authorization required)
- Ongoing illness or viral infection
- Cold or flu symptoms (the appointment will need to be rescheduled)
- Epilepsy
- Botox injection within the 14 days preceding the appointment
- Use of Accutane within the last 6 months
Previous microblading or permanent makeup
If you have already had microblading or permanent makeup, a photo is mandatory before any booking, regardless of how long ago the treatment was done.
Skin condition
If there is any irritation, redness or skin reaction in the brow area in the days before your appointment, please contact us. For safety reasons, the treatment will need to be postponed.
Booking deposit
In order to reserve your appointment, a booking deposit is required to secure your spot.
Preparing for your appointment
To ensure an optimal result :
- Avoid caffeine on the day of your appointment
- Do not consume alcohol 24 hours before
- No laser or microneedling facial treatment in the 3 weeks prior
- No sun exposure causing a sunburn on the face
- Avoid ibuprofen 24 hours before
- The treatment is prohibited during pregnancy
- No Accutane treatment within the last 6 months
